GT PAPER is committed to strict quality management, supported by a robust system covering raw materials, R&D, production, logistics, and market feedback. Since its inception, the quality testing center has continually improved its processes to ensure excellence in testing, operations, and support services.

The quality control center is equipped with advanced testing instruments, including anti-breakage and edge pressure testers for carton strength, as well as hydrostatic, wear-resistance, and permeability testers for evaluating the physical and chemical properties of materials and products. In 2020, a state-of-the-art microbiology lab with a 1,000,000 class rating was established and put into operation.

Every batch of raw materials and production samples undergoes rigorous testing, with over 68 experiments and 340 data points collected. This systematic approach ensures product quality and supports continuous innovation.

Quality Control Center Testing Experiments During the quality testing procedure, a number of meticulous and rigorous tests, such as durability test, absorbency test, gas chromatographic analysis, 72-hour microbial test and etc., will be conducted.
